Major refits and conversions

A midlife upgrade was carried out on the Finnish Navy owned and operated minelayer PANSIO. The main objective for the MLU was to expand the operational lifetime of the vessel as well as improve it’s minelaying and heavy sea transport capabilities.During the upgrade the vessels interior, machinery, navigation and combat systems were completely renewed. The same works are been carried out for the rest of the Pansio class fleet.

A major renovation was carried out on the OPV HYLJE. During the project, the ship was lengthened and most the ship systems upgraded, including the entire wheelhouse, interior, navigation equipment etc. The main objective for the renovation was to expand the operational lifetime of the vessel as well as improve it’s automation and oil collecting capability.
